To me the world of food is one of life’s pleasures, both enticing and multifaceted. Cooking at home for family and friends, testing a new recipe or enjoying a much loved favourite. Re-visiting a restaurant because you enjoy it every time you go or going to a new one and maybe venturing to an untried cuisine. Visiting markets and roadside stalls to purchase the freshest in local produce then planning a delicious meal. And nothing beats going into the garden and picking from a crop of vegetables that you have grown and looked after from seed.

Food is a common thread that unites us all. There is always something new to learn and a piece of yourself and your own life experience that you can share with those closest to you.
